  • What is Valve Cooking for CS2? Big Leaks.

What is Valve Cooking for CS2? Big Leaks.

CS2 recently got a big update in the first week of October, where the developers announced two new charms and the first community featured charm collection, Missing Link community charm to the Armory.

And a new grenade based charm collection called Dr.Boom Charms, which features one very unique charm Butane Buddy, it uses the liquid physics making it the first item in the game except Molotov to use those physics.

Gallery Case, Graphic Collection and Character Craft stickers were removed from the Armory. And a few community maps were also added to the wingman and competitive.

But what’s Valve’s next move? I will be sharing everything that Valve is working on for Counter-Strike 2 for future updates.

    Retake Mode

Starting with Retake, a game mode that iis very famous in the community servers and it was officially released in CS:GO in as a part of the Operation Broken Fang.

Now, there has been more leaks related to the Retake Mode that indicates that soon, it will be implemented in Counter-Strike 2 as well.

    Cobblestone Rework

A map that’s loved by many, a map that features the infamous AWP | Dragon Lore and what not? It was removed from the Counter-Strike series on March 19, 2019.

In the recent update 2 days ago, a new material file was added called cobblestone_001.mat, which proves that Valve is working on the cobblestone remake.

I think the next map that will be added to the Premier or at least competitive after the November Major will be Cobblestone.

    Game Journal

It’s been 4 years since the last operation was added to the game, Operation Riptide. And in those operations previously, a journal was used to track this operation mission’s completion.

In the recent CS2 update, the Game Journal was mentioned in various game files, and the only thing that comes to mind after seeing those leaks is the Operation Journal.

I think the Counter Strike 2 devs are working on a similar concept and we might see the Operation soon.

    Glove Charms / Pets

Pets has been leaked in the CS2 game files for a year or more now and is something that does not match the overall game structure, still there are many new leaks related to them.

Recently, a new material file was added called glove_keychain_generic.vmat in the files and it is linked to the file called glove keychain.

  • Everything you need to know about Genesis Uplink Terminal

Everything you need to know about Genesis Uplink Terminal

This Wednesday, Valve added a new type of case in Counter-Strike 2 and this was something we have never seen before ever in the history of Counter-Strike named Genesis which uses Uplink Terminals.

Genesis Collection features 17 new community designed skins and these items can be accessed via Genesis Uplink Terminals, which are available as a weekly drop.

AK-47 | The Oligarch from Genesis Collection

Uplink Terminal is a new sort of container that you receive as a free weekly drop and once you unseal it, you will be able to choose to keep any one skin out of five to six randomly picked items shown to you in this terminal. Here’s a screenshot of Genesis Terminal:

Once you click unseal, the laptop opens up and it shows you one skin randomly as mentioned before, now you have two options:

    • Click I’m in to purchase it

Once you skip the first item, it shows up as another offer and you have the same options again.

One thing to note is that once you skip an offer, you cannot buy that item. The only option you are left with is the current offer which expires with the terminal itself if no decision is made, which is in roughly 3 Days.

And once you buy an item from this terminal, this is how it shows up. “Transaction Completed, Enjoy” and then the terminal closes itself and you have the item you paid for in your inventory.

By adding this Uplink Terminal container, Valve was able to overcome the loot box ban in countries like Belgium, Netherlands and France as they mentioned in one of the release notes.

While this is an interesting feature, many players are upset about the pricing Valve has decided to go with for the skins. For example, one of the players got an offer for StatTrak M4A4 | Full Throttle in Factory New condition for $1,587 US Dollars.

The community reacted both ways and many are waiting for these collection items to get marketable so they get to know what price the players themselves place it rather than Valve’s absurd pricing.

  • Mastering Dust2: A Complete Guide to Bombsite B in CS2

    Dust2 – The Icon of Counter-Strike

Dust2 is without a doubt the most iconic map in Counter-Strike history. From the earliest versions of CS 1.6 to CS:GO and now CS2, it has remained a favorite among both casual players and professionals. One of the most challenging yet rewarding areas of the map is Bombsite B — a hotspot for tactical plays, clutch moments, and high-intensity fights.

Why Bombsite B is So Important

Bombsite B in Dust2 is known for its tight entrances and limited visibility, making it one of the hardest sites to retake. Teams that master their strategies here often have a significant advantage.

    • CT Side: Holding angles and using utility smartly is key.
    • T Side: A well-executed rush or perfectly timed split can overwhelm defenders.

    CT-Side Strategies

    • Utility is Everything: Smokes for tunnels and flashes for entry points can delay attackers long enough for rotations.
    • Crossfires: Setting up crossfire positions between car and platform can shut down a rush.
    • Sound Cues: B tunnels are narrow — listening to footsteps often gives defenders critical seconds to prepare.

    T-Side Approaches

    1. Fast B Rush: A classic strategy, often used in pistol rounds to catch CTs off guard.
    2. Split B: Combining pressure from tunnels and mid can break defenses more effectively.
    3. Utility Execution: Smokes for CT spawn and doors combined with flashes into site make entry safer.

    Pro Tips for Bombsite B

    • Always have a dedicated lurker in mid to punish aggressive CT pushes.
    • Use Molotovs to clear common spots like car or back site.
    • Don’t rush blindly — patience often wins rounds at B.

    Final Thoughts

Bombsite B on Dust2 is more than just a location on the map — it’s a symbol of Counter-Strike’s tactical depth. Mastering this site requires a mix of precise utility usage, smart positioning, and teamwork. Whether you’re defending or attacking, the plays at B often decide the outcome of the match.

  • Beginner’s Guide to CS2 Roulette and Casino-Style Skins Games

Beginner’s Guide to CS2 Roulette and Casino-Style Skins Games

    What is CS2 Roulette?

CS2 roulette is one of the most popular skin-based mini-games in the Counter-Strike 2 community. Inspired by the classic casino roulette wheel, this game allows players to bet their skins or credits on different outcomes, such as colors, numbers, or ranges. It combines chance, excitement, and strategy, making it a favorite among both casual and competitive players.

    How Does It Work?

    • Players deposit their CS2 skins or platform credits.
    • They place bets on outcomes (e.g., red/black, 1–14, 15–30, etc.).
    • The wheel spins, and the result determines the winners.

While the system is based on luck, smart betting strategies and bankroll management can increase a player’s long-term chances of success.

    Tips for New Players

    • Start Small: Don’t risk your most valuable skins early on.
    • Understand Multipliers: Different bet types come with different payout odds — learn how they work.
    • Set Limits: Decide on a max spend before you start, to keep the game fun.
    • Know the Platform: Always use trusted and provably fair CS2 platforms to ensure transparency.

    Why Players Love It

Roulette in CS2 is not just about winning skins — it’s about the thrill of competition and the excitement of spinning the wheel. For many, it’s a social activity where players watch spins together, celebrate wins, and share strategies. Combined with the vibrant visuals and casino-inspired atmosphere, it’s a perfect mix of gaming and entertainment.

    Final Thoughts

If you’re new to CS2 gambling mini-games, roulette is one of the easiest and most exciting places to start. With the right approach and a clear understanding of the odds, you can enjoy the game while keeping your inventory safe.

Remember: in CS2, just like in real casinos, luck meets strategy — and both matter.
